Room Conditions, Inventory and Linen

Linens and Towels are to be returned upon move out to the office in clean acceptable condition.  Failure to return Linens and Towels clean upon move out to the office will result in $20 fee for each item.

By completing the below form, I understand the following:

1. The following is a description of the condition of the premises to the best of Management’s knowledge:

                   – The unit is in decent, safe, and sanitary condition.

                   – The residence has been satisfactorily completed and there are no repairs  or corrections required at this time.

2. If the residence is not in the condition stated above, I will return a statement listing any issues to the contrary within 15 days of either today or my move in date, whichever is later.

3. If I do not return a statement listing any issues in the apartment within the specified time period, I am agreeing that there are no issues in the room, and that Management’s description of the condition is correct and complete.

4. The following items are also included in the room in decent, safe and sanitary conditions:

       1. (2) Bed Frames and Mattresses and Bed Covers

       2. (1) Garbage Can

       3. (1) Working Refrigerator

       4. (2) Curtains

       5. (2) Lamps

       6. (2) Chest Drawers

       7. (2) Bedside Tables
